Click here to tell if you can determine if Rose Township Ordinance #48 is a Zoning, License, or Other Ordinance This "Community First" group is acting just the Detroit Mayor, and his cronies, by trying to hide information from the public, and to discredit a Rose Township resident for reporting allegations that are most likely true, just like the Detroit Police Officers who recieved a $8,000,000 settlement. The Concerned Citizens of Rose Township contacted a Rose Township resident asked him about this issue. The resident said that he has read every meeting minutes published on the Rose Township website. This is an effective time saving method used by the resident. You can read the meeting minutes in a couple of minutes, and understand what went on, without spending hours attending all the meetings and listening to non-value added comments. The meeting minutes from all the Township Meetings that affect Rose Township resident on the Rose Township website should be available immediately. The website is an effective communication tool for all Township residents to read when their busy schedules provide time to do this. The former clerk provide a poor job of keeping the meeting minutes up to date, take a look for yourself, it is not up to date, and out of order. Hopefully, Rose Township Voters are smart enough to see there are corrupt goverment officials in Rose Township, just as there are in Detroit, and find the Truth, and elect an Honest, Trustworthy person, with Integrity CCORT encourages residents to fight thier property tax assessments, and get it lowered. The Rose Township website to include forms to fight your property tax assessments. Also he would provide other forms and documents on-line, in order to access them 24 hours a day. Merging the Deputy Clerk, and Deputy Treasurers position onto one position, in order to save the taxpayers money, and still provide the same quality service. Protect individual property rights, without changing the rural nature of the township. Be patriot, be the voice of the silent majority. CCORT is looking out for the people, a WATCHDOG, so that Rose Township government does not violate Constitutionally protected rights. United States Supreme Court Justice Stanley Matthews wrote the Court's opinion in Yick Wo v. Hopkins (1886).[4] He said: "These provisions are universal in their application, to all persons within the territorial jurisdiction, without regard to any differences of race, of color, or of nationality; and the equal protection of the laws is a pledge of the protection of equal laws." Thus, the Equal Protection Clause would not be limited to discrimination against certain Americans, nor would it be limited to equal enforcement of existing laws. All laws should be enforced equally against all citizens of the Township, even if you are an elected Rose Township Official. It appears as though certain elected Rose Township officials are above the law, and blatant ordinance violations are not enforced against them, possibly because they are the "Good Old Boys"? Much like the Detroit Whistleblower Lawsuit involving Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, and the firing of police officers who reported alleged illegal activities at the Mayor's mansion, CCORT is pointing out to the Rose Township Voters that certain public officials may be violating the law on thier own property. Much like the cover up that happened in the Detroit Whistleblower case were the police officers were discredited, and then fired by Detroit Mayor Kwane Kilpatrick, now it apppears as though Rose Township public officials, and their cronies known as Community First are trying to discredit CCORT. Just like the Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, and his cronies did to the Detroit Police officers who were investigating possible illegal activities, and parties going on at the Mayor's house. There is a group of Cronies of the local government officials called "Community First" who are trying to discredit CCORT for reporting possible illegal activities going on at elected Rose Township Official's property. This "Community First" group has told the Rose Township Voters lies, and failed to tell the whole truth. On FEBRUARY 8, 2000 the Rose Township Constable Emile Bair came to a Rose Township property and found ALL THE VEHICLES TO IN COMPLIANCE WITH ROSE TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE #48. On FEBRUARY 14, 2000 the Rose Township Attorney Joan Killion sent a letter to resident informing him that the Rose Township Constable Emile Bair had inspected the property, and found that all the vehicles were licensed according to Michigan law, and found absolutely NO vehicles that were in violation of Rose Township Ordinance #48, on February 8, 2000. Newly discovered evidence that the Rose Township Constable Emile Bair has committed the felony crime of perjury, just like Kwame Kilpatrick's text messages. Also, newly discovered documents written by the Rose Township Attorney John D. Mulvihill may prove that the Attorney was aware of Constable Emile Bair's perjury, and did not tell the court. Just like the Detroit Whistleblower case when Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests were denied to obtain the noritious text messages, the very same thing has happened in Rose Township. A Macomb County women has made a Freedom of Information Act request to the current clerk Alison Kalcec to provide documents known to the township that would prove that the Constable Emile Bair has committed the felony crime of perjury. Alison Kalcec has refused to respond, and provide the documents, just like the Detroit Whistleblower text messages. Now a lawsuit has to be filed with the Macomb County Circuit court to disclose the documents that will prove that Alison Kalcec knows that the Rose Township Constable Emile Bair has committed the felony of perjury. Is this because Alison Kalcec is trying to coverup the fact that she knows the Constable Emile Bair has committed the felony crime of perjury and could be sent to prison for 15 years? Has Alison Kalcec refused to provide the documents, just like the text message in the Detroit Whistleblower case? Quite simply the Freedom of Information Request asked Alison Kalcec to provide copies of municipal civil infraction that had a check in the wrong location, and prove the Constable Emile Biar has commited the Felony crime of Perjury by writing a material false statement on a municipal civil infraction. Click on the link below, and see if you can tell which municipal civil infraction contains the material false statement. Children of Sesame Street age can tell which one is not like the other, but Alison Kalcec has refused to respond to this simple Freedom of Information Act Request. Is Rose Township Ordinance #48 a Zoning, License, or Other ordinance? 86% of the time, the Rose Township Constable Emile Bair stated that Rose Township Ordinance #48 was a ZONING Ordinance. You can now see that if Alison Kalcec states that Rose Township Ordinance #48 is a ZONING Ordinance, then her crony the Rose Township Constable Emile Bair goes to prison of 15 years for every Municipal Civil Infraction that does NOT have a check mark next to Zoning. Therefore, to protect her crony Emile Bair, has Alison Kalcec refused to answer the FOIA request? Only one person was NOT told that Rose Township Ordinance #48 was NOT a ZONING Ordinance on three seperate municipal civil infractions #203, #208, and #266, while others similarity situated were told that Rose Township Ordinance #48 was in fact a ZONING Ordinance. The court system would refer to this as a 'Fraud Upon the Court." Which means that a government witness (i.e. Constable Emile Bair) lied under oath, and the Rose Township Attorney John D. Mulvihill knew that it was a lie, when the Rose Township Constable Emile Bair declared while under oath, and under penatly of pejury that Rose Township Ordinance #48 was NOT a Zoning Ordinance. The Rose Township Attorney John D. Mulvihill has submitted a motion to the court with his signature in which he declared that Rose Township Ordinance #48 is in fact a Zoning Ordinance. Alison Kalcec has already responded to an FOIA that there is absolutely NO license issued by the Township to be in compliance with Rose Township Ordinance #48, so it can't be a license ordinance, like a violation of not having a dog license. |
