After looking at the photographs above, is this a violation of Rose Township Zoning Ordinance? Other people in Rose Township have been issued tickets and the Township of Rose has paid thousands of dollars in legal fees to the Township's Law firm to prosecute non-Rose Township Board Members for violating Rose Township Zoning Ordinances, yet Rose Township Trustee Dave Gordon is allowed to operate his commercial business out of his home unmolested. Almost all the way into the Private Garage Many people in Rose Township have been issued Tickets for the Parking and Storage of Commercial Vehicles on Residential Property. Rose Township Zoning Ordinance as described in Article II Section 200 definitions 37. " Garage, Private: A building used primarily for storage of self propelled vehicles for the use of the occupants of a lot on which such building is located... This definition shall not be construed to include the storage of... large construction tractors, backhoes, bulldozers, other construction equipment or similiar equipment." Look at the photographs below of what appears to be Dave Gordon backing his large contruction tractor and other construction equipment in his Private Garage. Rose Township Trustee Dave Gordon is operating a Commercial Michigan Corporation called Gordon Trucking out of his home located at 10621 Milford Road which is NOT zoned Commercial or Industrial. |
