Look here!
This is a closer look at the litter and garbage dumped into the hole.

This photograph was taken in 2002.  Look at the size of the dirt pile next to the hole.  Most people would probably agree that this hole was not dug by hand with a shovel.  This hole was probably dug by large construction equipment.

Rose Township Trustee Dave Gordon has construction equipment to dig this large of a hole.

Also, former Fireman for NOCFA Roger Caster had a Case Backhoe capable of digging this large hole.

Rose Township Voters, which crony do you think dug the hole for the Kalcec's, Rose Township Trustee Dave Gordon, or Roger Caster?

Because it appears as though the Rose Township Constable Emile Bair will not investigate and issued a ticket to Alison Kalcec against one of the cronies, the Concerned Citizens of Rose Township have contacted Mark Hansell 248-926-3340 of the Oakland County Health Department in Pontiac to investigate Alison's Kalcec's property.  At first the Health Department told us to contact Rose Township.  When we told them we have complained to Rose Township for the past 7 years and nothing was done about it, they said they would investigate and could charge them with violation of County Ordinances.

CCORT doesn't have anything personal against the Clerk, it's the action NOT the person that CCORT is oppossed to.  Illegal dumping is not appropriate for anyone, let alone a public official.  The courts have held that public officials are held to an even higher standard of ethics and morals than the general public, because they have the trust of the public.

The nominating petition shown below was obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Rose Township Clerk.  The current Constable Emile Bair must certainly understand being a "loyal team player" of the "Good Old Boys" gang.  Look who signed the current Constable's nominating petition, the Clerk Alison Kalcec, Treasurer Sue Slaughter, Trustee Dave Gordon, and the wife of the 2008 Supervisor candidate Brandon Bicknell, Jennifer J. Bicknell who is the Rose Township Treasure's daughter.

Rose Township Voters does being a loyal team player mean NOT enforcing ordinance violations against other team members, even though it may endanger the public health, safety and welfare?

Do you think there is something dirty going in Detroit with Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick?

Well don't look to far from home, is the same thing happening is Rose Township?

Do you think the "Good Old Boys" network is firmly in place in Rose Township?

The current Rose Township Constable stated that he "encourages residents to use the clean up days that help reduce the debris..." Source - 2004 ELECTION TRI-COUNTY TIMES SUNDAY OCTOBER 31, 2004 PAGE 19.

If the current Rose Township Constable would have inspected Alison Kalcec's property on April 16, 2001, or anytime after that, then why didn't he tell her to use the Township Clean Up Days instead of digging a hole and burying the alleged debris in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008?

The current Rose Township Constable stated that "I recognize the importance of upholding the ordinances and will continue to enforce them..."Source - 2004 ELECTION TRI-COUNTY TIMES SUNDAY OCTOBER 31, 2004 PAGE 19.

The current Constable was told by certified mail to inspect the property at 7980 Hickory Ridge Road on April 16, 2001.  If the current Constable has been upholding the ordinances, then how can somebody take pictures of Alison Kalcec's alleged illegal dump site in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008?   It must be obvious to the Voters of Rose Township that if this is way the current Constable intends to enforce the ordinances, then it is time for a New Rose Township Constable.

Rose Township Voters have to ask themselves if Alison Kalcec wants to fund Clean-up day, then why doesn't she use it, and not dig a hole in her backyard and dump garbage?

Funding... clean up day is a priority issue.

Quote from Alison Kalcec -  Source 2008 League of Women Voters website

In part, Rose Township Ordinance #19 reads:  "c) "Litter" means all rubish, refuse, waste, material, garbage, offal, paper, glass, cans, bottles, trash, debris or other foreign substances of every kind and description.

Look at the photograph above:
Do you believe that this is rubish, refuse, waste, material, garbage, offal, paper, glass, cans, bottles, trash, debris or other foreign substances of every kind and description?

If Alison Kalcec was serious about helping Rose Township citizens to take steps to protect unique property features that are marketable and valuable." then why does it appear as though Alison Kalcec is digging a large hole and dumping litter and garbage on her own property in violation of Rose Township Ordinance #19?

"Protecting our unique natural resources is a priority issue. It is critical that Rose Township actively pursue creative ways to preserve its many natural features. It is necessary to create an atmosphere of cooperation with property owners to help them take steps to protect unique property features that are marketable and valuable."

Quote from Alison Kalcec -  Source 2008 League of Women Voters website

If Alison Kalcec was serious about protecting the natural resources as a way to ensure property retains it value,  then why does it appear as though Alison Kalcec is digging a large hole and dumping litter and garbage on her own property?

The photograph below is a picture of Alison Kalcec's property.

Is this what Alison Kalcec is doing to ensure
Property Retains its Value?

Kalcec said protecting the natural resources and features is a way to ensure property retains its value.

A written complaint was filed with the Township Constable on April 16, 2001.  The Township of Rose has no record of the Township Constable ever inspecting her property on that day or any day after.  Based upon these facts above, to people of ordinary intelligence, does it appear as though  the Rose Township Clerk is above the law, and the current Township Constable Emile Bair will NOT enforce ordinance violations against Alison Kalcec?

Don't know what to do with your old Water Heater that leaked?  Maybe you should just dump it on the Kalcec's property?

Not only does Alison Kalcec have an alleged illegal dump site on her property, she may also have some unlicensed and inoperable vehicles.
